We work with service-based businesses on both one-time projects and ongoing monthly retainers.

2. Services Offered

Mostdope provides services including:

Paid advertising setup and management (Google, Meta, etc.)
Website and landing page builds
Google Business Profile creation
CRM implementation and workflow automation
Marketing consulting and sales enablement strategy

All services are custom-built for each client.

3. Payment Terms

One-Time Payments

One-time services (e.g., website builds or audits) are paid upfront, before service delivery.

Work begins after full payment and access are received.

Monthly Retainers (Subscriptions)

Clients on a retainer are billed automatically every 30 days.
Retainers are prepaid and include campaign management, reporting, consulting, and support.
Clients can cancel future billing at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the renewal date.

Currency & Accepted Methods

All charges are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

Payments are securely processed through Stripe using the following:

4. Data Security & Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Mostdope does not store any credit card data.

All transactions are encrypted and our website uses HTTPS security protocols.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, Mostdope does not offer refunds by default.
If no meaningful service has been delivered, we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
Once onboarding, planning, or active work has begun, fees are considered earned.

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly retainers can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle once services have begun.

6. Fulfillment PolicyProject Start & Timeline

Fulfillment begins once payment is processed and required account access is granted.

Clients receive a kickoff call or written timeline outlining deliverables.

Most setups (e.g., website builds or CRM launch) are completed within 7–30 days depending on scope.

Monthly retainers deliver value continuously across each 30-day cycle.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary credentials, approvals, and communication in a timely manner.

Delays caused by incomplete onboarding or missing assets may affect delivery timelines.

7. Promotions

From time to time, we may offer limited-time promotional pricing.
These discounts are clearly marked and cannot be retroactively applied or combined unless otherwise stated.


8. Exclusive Merch
Mostdope occasionally offers branded merchandise and promotional items.
All merchandise is final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered by default.
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days and include photo or video documentation of the issue.
We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, ship a replacement item.
